*1. Exhibitors*
a.	By signing this booking form I confirm participation and will make payment of appropriate fee indicated.
b.	Allocation of exhibition space will be on a first come first served basis.
c.	All prices indicated are Exclusive of VAT.
d.	Event Organizers (Royal Way Media Ltd ) will issue a Tax Invoice
*2. Sponsors*
a.	Exclusivity of sponsorship will be offered to Gold and Silver Sponsors.
b.	No exclusivity is offered in co-sponsors category but we will endeavor to avoid allocating sponsors with similar business or conflicts of interest in the same.
c.	The Event organizers are not responsible for errors, omissions or changes in the artwork provided.
d.	Please note that cost to sponsor is exclusive of VAT.
e.	Event Organizers (Royal Way Media Ltd ) will issue a Tax Invoice
*3. Cancellation Policy (In the event of cancellation and written notice is received by:)*
In the event of cancellation and written notice is received by:
a.	22nd January 2012, 20% participation fee will be charged.
b.	13th February 2012, 50% of participation fee will be charged.
c.	12th March 2012, 100% of participation fee will be charged.
The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in which case a full refund will be made.
